    2026 Summer Season Hours

    • Wednesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

    • Weekends: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    • Season Duration: June through September 2026

    • The pool will open on Memorial Day Weekend

    Important Reminders

    • Homeowners causing disturbances at the pool may have their pool privileges revoked.

    • Entering the pool after operating hours is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of pool privileges until further notice.

    • Do not allow entry to individuals without a key fob. Homeowners who open the gate for others without proper access may lose pool privileges.

Approved Door Colors

  • Over time, many homeowners have lost or misplaced the original front door color swatches provided when the homes were built. As a result, some doors have been painted in colors outside of the approved palette.

    Per the HOA bylaws and governing documents, using a non-approved door color is considered a violation. To provide clarity and consistency, the Board has identified the closest matches within the Behr Paint collection, available at Home Depot.

    An Architectural Application must be submitted and approved by the board before you change the color or repaint your doors. Semi-Gloss paint is prohibited.

    The following are the approved colors, along with their names and codes:

  • Front door of a house painted dark red with a brass knocker, mail slot, and handle. White siding with two wall-mounted light fixtures on either side of the door, house number 13, and potted plants at the entrance.
