Building on last year’s community enhancements—including new bulletin boards, updated entry signage, improvements to the clubhouse kitchen, and a new security system—the Board is pleased to share that additional upgrades are underway.
Current projects include:
Full remodel of both bathrooms
Replastering of the pool
Replacement of the main entrance door and patio doors

Unapproved painting or alterations to porches, walls, and walkways are strictly prohibited. Per the HOA bylaws, all exterior modifications require prior Board approval.
If you have made unapproved changes, you must restore the area to its original condition by June 1, 2026. No exceptions will be made. Failure to comply may result in fines or liens.

Please Be Responsible: Pick Up After Your Dog
If anyone in your household is walking the family dog, please ensure they pick up after it. This is your community too; let’s keep it clean for everyone!

The Board has received multiple complaints about illegal parking throughout the community, which can block streets and emergency vehicles.
Important reminders:
Parking signs are posted on all streets.
Call 311 to report double-parked or illegally parked vehicles between 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Frankford Towing may tow vehicles parked illegally at any time.
Please follow the posted parking rules. Violations can result in fines or towing, and we want to help you avoid that.
